Call for project proposals, 2021

The EU4TECH PoC call for project proposals 2021 is now open. It will remain open until midnight CET on February 28, 2021.

On this page you can find all the information you should need to prepare and submit an application.

Preparation

Before you start you are strongly advised to read the ‘Guidelines for applicants’. This includes important information about eligibility and how the applications will be assessed.

You may also find it helpful to consult the presentation from the Kick-Off Webinar and our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). They will be undated over the duration of the call so you are advised to check this section regularly.

To help you prepare you applications we are running a series of 15 minute Webinars to cover each of the main sections of the application form plus the video. These will be held on Zoom. These are listed below with a link to more information on the registration pages:

Preparing your application

When you are ready to prepare you application you can download an application form in WORD format.

Submitting your application

Applications must be submitted in PDF format. You can register and upload you application below.

Note that you are not uploading your video to our website. You must provide a link to an online location where we can watch your video. You must include the link in your application form. If we need a password to access the video then make sure this is included below and in the application form.

You will be asked to repeat it here to facilitate the formal details of the application and to provide an overview and statistics for the call.

Notification

Feedback on applications will be provided by the end of March / early April when the Commission have confirmed the results.

We expect to be confirming supporting activities in April.
